摘要
目的探讨超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对临床可疑急性阑尾炎86例行超声检查,并与手术病理结果对照(10例保守治疗)。结果急性阑尾炎超声诊断符合率为90.8%(69/76)。结论超声检查对不典型急性阑尾炎的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the value of ultrasonography on the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods Eighty-sixty cases of acute appendicitis were examined by ultrasonography.The results were compared with surgery and pathology.Results Diagnostic ultrasonography accordance rate to operative pathology was 89.5% in acute appendicitis.Conclusion Ultrasonography plays a very important role in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis or appendicitis with atypical clinical feature.
