摘要
设计了针对圆管吸收器的折面形抛物柱反射镜,太阳光按32′角度入射计算。计算了聚光器的焦距、吸收管径和反光镜尺寸等参数,研究了折面尺寸对聚光性能的影响,推导了不同折面尺寸所对应的吸收管径的大小以及在特定的相对口径比下的最大聚光比,得到了聚光比在7~10时为最佳结构的结论,为低成本折面形抛物柱管式吸收聚光器的设计提供了参考和依据。
The polygonal parabolic columnar reflector based on the pipe absorber is designed, in which the incident angle of sun beam is taken as 32′. The focal length of condenser, the diameter of absorbing pipe, and the dimension of reflector are calculated. The influence of polygonal dimension on the performance of collecting is studied. The diameter of absorbing pipe corresponding to different polygonal dimension and maximum collecting ratio under special ratio of diameter is deduced. It is concluded that the optimal collecting ratio is between 7~10, which provids some references and basis for the design of polygonal parabolic columnar condenser with low cost.
