摘要
目的:探讨儿童腺样体肥大的CT表现及其鉴别诊断。方法:回顾分析60例儿童腺样体肥大的CT表现。结果:儿童腺样体肥大的CT征象:鼻咽顶后壁软组织增厚阻塞11例,伴副鼻窦炎15例,6例伴中耳乳突炎。结论:CT扫描可明确病灶范围及并发症。
Objective To discuss the CT appearances and differentiation of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Method CT manifestations of 60 children with adenoid hypertrophy were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT findings of adenoid hypertrophy in children were as follows：soft tissues in nasopharyngeal top and posterior wall thicken and blocked in 11 cases,15 cases were accompanied with nasosinusitis and 6 cases were accompanied with otitis media and mastoiditis.Conclusion CT scaning can definite the lesion extension and complication.
