摘要
本文采用文献资料法、实验研究法、数理统计分析法,选用超等长肌力练习作为教学手段,通过对实验组与对照组的比较,经过七周的训练之后发现超等长肌力练习能有效地提高女子铅球的技术动作、运动成绩及其身体素质。
With the research methods of the experiments,documents and mathematical statistics,using super long muscular strength practice as teaching method,through contrasting the comparative group to experimental group,after seven-week training,the author found super long muscular strength practice could effectively improve technological movement,sport performance and physique of women's shot.
