摘要
通过访谈、调查与查阅相关文献资料等方法,对2010年亚运会以及亚运会志愿者服务工作进行了展望,分析并总结目前广州市志愿者服务工作中存在的不足;提出从志愿者计划的宣传活动、普及公民志愿精神、志愿者行动机制建设、开拓志愿服务资源、维护志愿人员权益、志愿者的回报与奖励等方面来加强和完善志愿者服务工作,为2010年亚运会的成功举办奠定一定基础。
Trough the methods of interview,investigation and check related data etc.the paper carries on an outlook to 2010 Asian Games and the service work of the Asian Games volunteer,analyzes and sums up current the existent shortage in volunteer service work in Guangzhou City;It also puts forward to the promotion which plans from the volunteer,universal the citizen volunteer spirit,the volunteer activity＇s mechanism constructs,expanding the wishes service resources,Supporting the aspects such as repay and reward etc.of the wishes personnel＇s rights and volunteer to strengthen with perfect volunteer service work,holds to lay certain foundation successfully for 2010 Asian Games.
