摘要
针对汽车牌照定位检测传统方法的缺欠和不足,采用了小波变换模极大值对图像边缘进行检测,进而利用灰度投影图和图像纹理特征相结合的方法,实现了汽车牌照的实时定位。计算和模拟表明,该方法定位准确、鲁棒性能好、自适应能力较强。
According to the shortcoming of the traditional methods of location detection, a detection method based on wavelet transform modulus maxima(WTMM) is presented. A license plate real-time location is realized by an approach of combining gray projection and texture feacture of image. Experiments show that this method has a high locating rate,good robustness and strong auto-adapted ability.
