摘要
以加味桃红四物汤配合西药治疗外伤性前房积血34例,并设西药对照治疗。结果:治疗7天后治愈率治疗组为31只眼(91.18%),对照组为24只眼(70.59%),差异有显著性意义。提示加味桃红四物汤配合西药治疗外伤性前房积血有促进前房积血吸收、恢复视力作用,从而预防并发症发生。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional and western medicine treatment on the anterior chamber hyphema induced by the trauma. Methods ： 34 cases were treated by Modification of Peach Kernel and Sefflower plus Four Herbs Decoction （MPKSFHD） combined with western medicine, with the controlling group by we, stern medicine. Results ： After 7 days with treatment the cure rate of the treated group was 91.18% ,while that of controlling group was 70.59%. There was a significant difference between them. Conclusions ： It has the effect of promoting absorption of blood and improving vision ,thus preventing complications.
