运用电阻应变仪,对工作状态下轨行龙门起重机金属结构的裂纹敏感区实测其应力幅,并与标准值进行对比,从而掌握金属结构的应力水平和强度储备情况,为起重机的安全使用提供技术保证。
The stresses in crack sensitive area of rail - mounted gantry crane structure are tested and the test results are compared with the values specified in the related standards, aiming at understanding internal stress level and intensity reserve of the metal structure and making sure crane safe operation.
