摘要
劳动合同试用期是劳动合同的一个重要组成部分,《劳动合同法》对劳动合同试用期的期限、试用期期间劳动者的工资待遇、劳动合同的解除作出了明确的规定,对规范用人单位的用工行为、保护劳动者的合法权益有着重要的意义。
The probation period is an important component part of a labor contract. And the Law of Labor Contract makes the term, remuneration and cancellation on probation period definite. It is conducive to regulate the recruitment system and protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers.
