摘要
介绍了一种催化裂化废平衡催化剂活性改善技术;以及以该技术处理后的废平衡催化剂作为强制稀释剂在某催化裂化装置上的应用为例,介绍了活性改善后废平衡催化剂的使用原理和方法。废平衡催化剂活性改善技术对废平衡剂进行活性组分浸渍、干燥等处理后,可以使废平衡催化剂的微反活性提高4~5个单位,重金属含量也有所降低,并且具有很好的活性稳定性。工业应用结果表明,通过采用稀释的方法,用大量活性改善废平衡催化剂置换催化裂化装置内的平衡催化剂,可使系统内催化剂的活性得到提高,重金属含量维持在一个较低水平,从而改善催化裂化产品分布,提高目的产品收率。
The technology for improving the activity of spent equilibrium catalyst is introduced. The application of spent equilibrium catalyst of improved activity is described based upon a case study of its application on a commercial FCC unit as diluting catalyst. In activity improvement, the active components of spent equilibrium catalyst are impregnated and dried, which can increase catalyst micro-activity by 4-5 in addition to the reduction of heavy metal content and the improvement of stability. The commercial application shows that the catalyst activity in FCC system can be increased by replacement of large portion of equilibrium catalyst spent sult, equilibrium catalyst of improved activity, and contaminant metal is maintained at a low level. As the re-sult, the FCCU product distribution is improved and target product yields are increased.
