白血病干细胞研究的新进展

摘要 急性髓系白血病(acute myelogenous leukemia,AML)是一种涉及多种染色体易位和基因遗传学改变的恶性血液病,其特征为出现大量分化受阻的异常细胞。许多研究表明,造成白血病发生、发展、治疗中的耐药和白血病复发的根本原因是白血病患者体内存在着一群白血病干细胞(1eukemic stem cell,LSC)。关于LSC的特征和分子调控机制也是近年来研究的热点之一。选择LSC高表达的抗原CD123或核因子-κB(NF—κB),作为清除LSC或诱导LSC凋亡的标记,是探索彻底治愈白血病的最佳途径。
