摘要
目的应用螺旋CT行肝动脉期和门静脉期增强双期肝动态扫描加血流灌注成像,比较病灶检出率,并对检出敏感性和定性准确性进行研究。方法24例小肝癌患者行螺旋CT增强双期肝动态扫描加血流灌注成像后,统计各期病灶的检出数,观察病灶强化方式,计算检出敏感性并进行统计学处理。结果24例共发现病灶27个,肝动脉期、门静脉及双期合计的检出敏感性分别为88%、79%、96%。结论螺旋CT增强双期扫描加血流灌注成像可充分反映小肝癌的血供特点,明显提高小肝癌的检出敏感性。
Objective The arterial phase scan,portal venous phase scan and perfusion were performed with helical CT to compare the sensitivity and accuracy of detection of SHCC. Methods Dual-phase dynamic scanning and perfusion of the liver in 24 patients with SHCC were carried out with a helical CT scanner. The number of the detected lesions and their sensitivity were statistically calculated and analysed in each phase, the pattern of enhancement was observed. Resets The study showed that the sensitivity in detecting lesions in arterial, portal and dual phases were respectively 88 %, 79 %, 96 %. Conclusion It was obvious that dual-phase helical dynamic and perfusion CT could fully reflect the blood supply of SHCC, improve considerably the detecting sensitivity of SHCC.
