摘要 简要介绍了反向导通双晶复合晶体管(Reversely Switched Dynistor,简称RSD)的开关工作原理,在分析RSD脉冲发生电路的基础上,得出RSD状态电流表达式。详细分析了用于状态电流测量的罗果夫斯基线圈(Rogowski Coil)传感器在自积分和外积分两种工作状态下的相位误差。在理论分析的基础上,根据RSD开关状态电流测量的实际情况,提出了利用罗果夫斯基线圈传感器外积分工作状态测量RSD开关电流的方案。实验结果与理论分析相符。实际运行情况表明,该电流测量方案能对RSD开关状态电流进行快速、准确和可靠的测量。 Operating principle of the Reversely Switched Dynistor (RSD) switch is presented.On the basis of analyzing about the RSD pulse generating circuit,the expression of transient current of the RSD is deduced.The phase error about Rogowski coil transducer which worked in self-integral and differential state was analyzed detailedly.Based on the theoretically analysis,the differential state of Rogowski coil transducer is proposed to measnre the transient current of the RSD switch according to the actual case of the RSD transient current was measured.The test results accord with theoretically analysis,furthermore,practical experiments verify that Rogowski coil working in differential state could measure the transient current of RSD quickly, accurately and reliably.
