摘要
主要论述了磁脉冲压缩(Magnetic Puls Compress,简称MPC)的原理;介绍了磁开关铁心的工作状态、技术特点以及特殊的工艺技术。针对如何让铁心能够在2kHz高重复频率以及传输400ns窄脉冲下可靠工作,在磁开关铁心的材质选取上,给出了多种高频软磁材料的性能对比,并介绍了相关的工艺处理技术。
This paper mainly describes the magnetic pulse compressors (MPC) and introduces the operational states,technological feature and some special technology.In view of choice of the magnetic switch core material,this paper gives many comparison about the multiple high frequency soft magnetic material and relevant techniques, aims at to make the core work credible under the condition of high frequency (2kHz) and short-pulse width (400ns).
