摘要 通过对火电厂锅炉用18-8型奥氏体不锈钢受热面管长期高温运行过程中失效事故的研究和分析,认为晶界出现连续和封闭的碳化物析出相及针状σ相、氧化皮成长和剥落以及弯头在复杂应力状态下发生的相变等金相组织老化现象直接造成材料性能的劣化,是18- 8型奥氏体不锈钢高温运行中失效的重要原因,其结果可为18-8型奥氏体钢锅炉管运行监督提供一定的参考。 Through study and analysis of failure accidents occurred on boiler tubes made from 18 -8 type austenitic steel in course of long-term operation under high temperature, it is believed that the important causes resulting directly in failure of 18 -8 type austenitic steel tube in operation under high temperature are as follows: continuous and blocked separating - out phase and needle like O phase of carbide appeared in the grain boundary; growth and peeling-off of the oxide layers; phase change of the elbow under complicated stress conditions; deterioration of material's performance resulted directly from mettalographic structure ageing. The results of analysis provide with certain reference for operation supervision of said boiler tubes.
