摘要
对某电厂锅炉除渣系统脱水仓析水效果下降的原因进行了分析,提出并实现了对析水板结垢和变形、反冲洗喷嘴堵塞等问题的解决措施。实施后,提高了脱水效率,延长了设备使用寿命。
The causes leading to decrease of water- separating effect in the slag removal system of boiler have been analysed, a series of improving measures being put forward and realized, enhancing the efficiency of dehydration, lengthening the service life of equipment.
