摘要
结合三例死亡与临终需要的社会调查相关数据,概括分析了老年临终者的主要需求,提出:全力救治,全面、舒适照护以及消减痛苦是临终关怀的三个基本伦理原则。
The author analyses the main needs of the senile people during their deathbed time from relative data in three social investigations, and comes up with three basic ethical principles about hospitalpice toward the senile people during their deathbed time as follows. Medical staff should try their best to provide them with effective medical treatment. Overall and comfortable care and nursing should also be available for the senile. Last but not least, alleviation of the suffering should also be stressed in the hospitalpiee during the deathbed time of the senile people.
