摘要
随着城市的快速发展,近郊型风景名胜区受到城市化的威胁和蚕食。但是,近些年来国家对风景名胜区资源的保护力度不断加大,导致近郊型风景名胜区和依托城市发展之间的矛盾日显突出,如何协调二者之间的发展显得十分紧迫。在初步探讨近郊型风景区资源保护和依托城市发展之间的辨正关系基础上,以南京市钟山风景名胜区为例,分析了城市快速发展过程中景区面临的主要问题,提出了风景名胜区和依托城市协调发展的策略。
With the rapid development of the city, the suburb scenic areas has been threatened by the urbanization. But in recent years, the government has strengthened the protection for the landscape resources, so the contradiction between protection of scenic areas and development of its backing city is becoming more and more obvious. Co-ordination between them is an imminent thing. Based on the basic features and existing problems of the suburb areas and taking the scenic areas of Zhongshan as an example, some ideas and suggestion are brought forward for the co-ordination between the development of the backing city and the protection of the landscape resources so as to achieve the organic integration of the town construction and surrounding of scenic areas.
