文章阐明了油品衰变监测的内涵、技术手段,论述了油品衰变是机械设备的故障根源。列出了实施设备主动维修需解决的关键性问题,得出了研究和应用油品衰变监测技术,可以有效地实施机械设备主动维修,对设备维修制度改革具有重要意义。
This paper clarifies the intension and the methods of monitoring the disintegration of lubricating oil, dissertates the disintegration of lubricating oil are the root cause of failure for machine. The pivotal problems to put the proactive maintenance to machines in practice are listed. Researching and applying the technologies of monitoring the disintegration of lubricating oil are effective to put the proactive maintenance to machines in practice. They are also significant for the system of maintenance to be reformed.
