摘要
目的:建立舒心宁片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别丹参、川芎、当归、赤芍。HPLC法同时测定原儿茶醛、原儿茶酸的含量。结果:TLC色谱中可明显鉴别丹参、川芎、当归、赤芍,原儿茶醛,平均回收率为99.6%。RSD=1.6%;原儿茶酸,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.5%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确、专属性强,可用于该药品的质量控制。
To establish the quality standard for ShuXinNing tablets. Method ： Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra in this medicine were identified by TLC. The content of protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid in this medicine was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The average recoveries（ n = 6 ） of protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid were 99.6% and 98.4% with RSD 1.6% and 1.5 % respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, and accurate, it can be used for quality control of shu xing Ning tablets.
