摘要
在机械设计中会遇到各种随机性因素的影响,为保证产品的可靠性,对重要的零件要进行可靠性分析。本文使用应力-强度干涉理论,分析了应力与强度的概率分布为正态分布时轴的可靠性,考虑了轴在扭矩及弯矩的复合作用下对其可靠性的影响,给出了可靠度与轴在直径的关系。
Various random factors would be processed in mechanical design. In order to ensure the reliability of products, the reliability analysis should be done for those important parts. Strength/stress interference theory was used to analyze the reliability of shafting-family parts on the assumption of both strength and stress being Gauss distribution, the composite effect of torsion and bend moment was considered, and the relationship of reliability and shaft diameter was determined.
