摘要
主要采用文献法、资料收集法、调查访问法以及统计法,对短跑运动员的身体形态、身体素质以及身体技能等方面进行研究,通过对相关数据的统计和分析,阐述短跑运动的选材,以便能选择那些在短跑运动方面有前途和潜质的运动员进行训练,从而提高短跑运动员的成材率,降低淘汰率。
The methods of document, collecting information, questionnaires and statistics are adopted in this paper. It makes an exposition of how to choose sprinter correctly by questionnaires and collecting information in all respects of sprinters＇ bodily shape, physical quality and personal skill etc. So as to choose the athlete who seems very hopeful and has great capabilities as a sprinter, thereby to increase the success rate of sprinters instead of elimination.
