摘要
由于调峰频繁,燃用劣质煤或煤矸石的循环流化床锅炉厂用电率一般高达11%~12%。通过对河南义马锦江电厂2台DG440/13.7-Ⅱ2型循环流化床锅炉在煤质、风道、布风板等方面进行深入分析,对冷渣器、其他辅机进行技术改造,并在运行方式、燃烧调整等方面进行优化,使厂用电率降至9%以下,取得了较大的经济效益。
As a result of frequently peaking, the auxiliary power consumption rate for the CFB boiler plants fired with low-quality coal or coal gangue is as high as 11% - 12%. Based on the in-depth analysis on the coal quality, air duet and air ventilation board for the two DG440/ 13.7-Ⅱ2 CFB boilers in Jinjiang Power Plant, the ash cooler and other auxiliary machines were retrofitted, in addition, the operation mode and combustion regulation were optimized. Thus the auxiliary power consumption rate was reduced below 9% obtaining significant economic benefits.
