摘要
高校图书馆从外观和内含的文化底蕴上,都应该是一所高等院校的"标志性建筑",因此,建设高校图书馆建筑要遵循开放,方便,经济、适用、美观,无障碍设计的理念,并借鉴其它高校建设图书馆的好的经验,重视一些重要的或是容易被忽视的问题,充分展现出高等院校的文化风格,激发师生员工的创新精神,是规划、设计高校图书馆的重要环节。
Libraries of should be a landmark structure of colleges and universities both for its fa？ade and cultural connotation Therefore those following factors must be put in consideration when mapping out and designing a library： A library should embody the features as ＂open, convenient, economical, practical and barrier-free＂ . The important and easily-be-overlooked issues extracted from the experiences of other libraries should receive an adequate attention. And the libraries should fully bring forth the culture of a university or college and motivate the spirit of innovation of the faculty of the colleges and univer sities.
