摘要
科技的进步对于和谐社会的构建起到了积极的推动作用,促进了经济的发展,有助于人类治理环境、保护生态、提高社会生活质量。但科技本身存在的缺陷和人类的不正当使用或滥用,科技所埋藏的隐患、所产生的问题也日益显露出来,与社会主义和谐社会的构建不相和谐。因此,要转变观念,加强科技的创新。政府要加强立法和监督,社会各种力量要协力合作,共同来创造和谐社会。
The progress of science and technology plays an active role in the construction of harmonious society. It promotes economic growth, helps us to put the environment in order, protect the ecology and improve people＇s living standard. However, the born flaws of science and technology, and its improper use or abuse by human beings, result in hidden hazards and problems which do not conform to the construction of harmonious socialist society. Hence, it is important to change our way of thinking, strengthening the innovation of science and technology. The government should reinforce the concept of law and supervision, and various forces of the society should coordinate, creating the harmonious society jointly.
