摘要
流动儿童管理是当前计划免疫工作普遍存在的难点。通过多年的实践,盐城市逐步摸索出一些流动儿童管理经验,通过政府协调、部门参与、建立机制、完善制度、加强考核等一系列措施,流动儿童管理取得了显著成效,计划免疫主要指标不断提高。建议建立相关法律法规,依法管理流动儿童;加强协作,建立长效管理机制;加快技术创新,实行网络化管理,提高综合管理效能。
The management of floating children is a difficult problem that exists widely in current vaccines and immmunization （programmed immune） works. Yancheng City has explored some experiences of floating children management gradually by these years’ practice,due to government’s coordination,departments participating,and the establishment of mechanism,to perfect the system and to strengthen the assessment,the result of floating children management is very significant,and the main indicators of vaccines and immmunization （programmed immune ）are increasing more and more. We suggest that to set the relevant laws and regulations,and manage floating children legally,strengthening the cooperation and set the long-term management mechanism,speed up the innovation of techniques,and adopt the network to do management,to increase the efficiency of synthesize management.
