摘要
目前,我国引信设计使用的火工品性能参数都是静态测定的结果,而引信设计需要的是火工品的动态性能参数.采用试验建模与理论建模相结合的方法,研究了弹引系统膛内动态特性.设计加工了试验弹,对它进行单点激励单点响应的锤击模态实验,绘制了弹引系统传递函数、相干函数、实频及虚频图,识别了固有频率,阻尼等低阶模态参数,建立了弹引系统的试验模型;在试验模型的基础上进行理论建模.用试验模型验证和修正理论模型,得到了更接近实际的综合模型.用有限元结构分析软件,以膛压曲线为输入载荷,对综合模型计算引信体内雷管与雷管座组件底部部分节点的等效应力时间历程,并绘制了相应的历程曲线.
Nowadays, it is stationarily measured performance parameters of munitions that are used in the fuze design in our country, while in practice it is the dynamic performance parameters of munitions which is in need. With a combined method of experimental modeling and theoretical modeling, we study in bore dynamic characteristics of projectile fuze(PF) system. After design and manufacture of an experimental projectile, we implement single point excitation single point response hammer driven mode experiment to the projectile, through the graph of transfer function and coherence function etc., identify the lower mode parameters and establish the experimental model (EM) of PF system. On the basis of EM, we build the theoretical model (TM). To testify and modify the TM with the EM, we get a comprehensive model (CM) which is more realistic. With the in bore pressure curve as input load, we calculate displacement and stress dynamic characteristic of some points at the end of the detonator.
