摘要
当前,商业银行实施业务流程再造不仅势在必行,而且迫在眉睫。本文从信息技术的视角,对我国商业银行业务流程再造问题进行探讨。
Nowadays commercial banks carrying out business process reengineering will become both imperative and urgent.This paper discusses the business process reengineering of our country＇s commercial banks based on information technology.
