摘要
对 FGH95合金涡轮盘件的成形工艺进行了研究,通过热等静压制坯、双缓冷预处理工艺及等温锻造工艺,研制出了直径220mm 的模拟盘件。
The forming technology of the turbine disk of FGH95 alloy is studied,and by means of hot isostat- ic pressing to prepare disk blank,double slow cooling pretreatment and isothermal forging technology,a analogue tur- bine disk with 220mm in diameter is developed.
