摘要
对二级医疗机构医保病人转诊时所选择的医院进行统计和分析,结果发现,省级医院和外省(市)三甲医院是大多数病人的首选;选择中小医院的主要原因是专科疾病或谋求特殊治疗的疾病。有部分病人选择非正规渠道就医。转诊的主要病因是肿瘤和心脑血管疾病。
Selecting doctor behavior of insured transfer patient in secondary hospital was accounted and analyzed. Provincial level hospital and tertiary hospital out of province was the first selection of patients. Patient who selected medium and small size medical institutes wanted special treatment. Some of patients selected informal channel to visit a doctor. Principal diseases for transfer were cancer and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
