摘要
目的带第一跖背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复第一跖趾关节掌侧皮肤缺损。方法对14例第一跖趾关节掌侧皮肤缺损采用带第一跖背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复。结果该皮瓣存活良好,足底负重及行走功能恢复满意。结论用该皮瓣修复第一跖趾关节掌侧皮肤缺损具有操作简便,该皮瓣无需吻合血管,血供可靠,成活率高等优点。
Objective To report one good method of using reverse first dorsal metatarsal artery flap to repair the cutaneous deficiency of first metatarsophalangeal joint. Methods The distally based dorsalis pedes island flap based on the first dorsal metatarsal artery,was used to treat the distal portion of the foot in fourteen patients. Results The transferred flaps survived completely and the function of weight loading and walking was good. Conclusion The reverse first dorsal metatarsal artery flaps is a good option to reconstruct the wound of distal foot. The flap is easy to manipulate, has good blood supply and can survive easily.
