摘要
绩效考核评价的方法众多,目标管理考评法在选煤企业有广泛的应用基础。文章提出了"纵深化目标管理"的绩效评价方法,设计了团队目标管理考核与个人目标管理考核相结合的绩效考核体系,使团队考核与个人考核有机地结合起来,为选煤企业科学合理地搞好内部薪酬分配打下了基础。
There many methods to evaluate plant achievements,among which the evaluation method of target management has a certain basis on its wide application in coal preparation enterprise.The paper proposes a method of achievement evaluation-intensifying target management.There has been designed an achievement evaluation method namely,team target management evaluation is combined with personal target management,so that team assessment is organically combined with personal assessment.This makes a foundation for reasonable distribution of salary in enterprise.
