摘要
从中小企业的实际情况看,信息人才的引进、培养、使用以及信息化人才观念等问题严重滞后,成为影响中小企业信息化成功发展的核心问题之一。鉴于此,对中小企业发展信息化的人才瓶颈做出归结和分析,有针对性地提出几个基本解决方案。
The problems on talents introduction, development, employment and the idea of informative talents are seriously lagged according to the current status of medium and small-sized enterprises, which will become one of key problems that influence the successful development of information of medium and small-sized enterprises, as well it should be solved gradually. Due to the above mentioned problems, this thesis will make a summarization and analysis for the bottleneck of talents on information development of medium and small-sized enterprises, and advance several solutions.
