摘要
随着经济的不断发展,并购已经成为企业快速获得资源、扩大规模、增强竞争优势的投资选择趋势。并购后的战略整合是决定并购成功与否的关键。对企业并购后可能出现的问题进行了分析,论述了企业在并购后进行战略规划的意义,对并购后企业应进行的职能战略规划提出了见解。
With the economic development, merger and acquisition have become a current in investment which organization quickly obtains resource, enlarges scale and strengths competition. Integration in strategy is key to the success of merger and acquisition. This article analyses potential some problems after merger and acquisition and tell the meaning about strategy programming. At last, it offers some suggestion about functional strategy programming.
