摘要
地区经济增长取决于资源配置能力。资源配置能力受区位条件、要素资源存在状况与资源配置方式的约束。东部沿海地区经济率先发展与持续增长主要源于区位优势所具有的地区资源集聚效应和体制转轨与技术进步所带来的地区资源配置效应。
Regional economic growth is determined by resource allocation ability, which is restricted by location, resource status, and resource allocation ways. Leading and sustainable development of east coastal area results from regional resource cluster effect, because of the location advantage, and regional resource allocation effect, because of the system transition and technological progress.
