摘要
介绍了蛋白质分子的分子结构和生物功能以及Davydov等人在这系统中建立的生物能量传递的孤立子理论的特点及其存在的几个严重问题.针对这些问题,提出了一个新理论.阐明了这个理论的物理和生物学基础、理论的内容、理论的正确性、孤立子性质、理论的特点和它的运用情况.一系列的研究结果表明,孤立子能承担起传递生物能量的生物功能。
The propertites of structure of protein molecules and the features and problems existing in the Davydov theory soliton on the Bio energy transport is introduced and reviewed. The physical and biological foundations, the contents, the validity, the properties and the application of the new theory are proposed in view of gaestions and shortcoming of the Davydov theory, and the natures and properties of this soliton are exhibited and described in detail. The results obtained show that the theory is right and self consistence, and, the soliton can play the role of bio energy transport in the life system. Therefore, the theory is worth crediting.
