摘要
文章讨论了我国村民自治的民主价值问题,认为我国现行村民自治的民主价值主要包括两个方面:一是村民自治蕴含的民主性,二是村民自治具有的民主效应。前者的民主价值是宝贵的,应予以充分肯定。后者具有更重要的民主价值,主要表现在它能够有效地增强社会的自主性,从而为民主政治创造可能条件与必要条件,为通过地方自治实现民主政治开辟道路。
This paper discusses the democratic value in the practice of villagers＇ autonomy in two respects ： the democratic quality of the practice and its democratic effect. While the former has precious democratic value which should be fully affirmed, the latter carries more weight in its reinforcement of an autonomous society and its preparation of democratic politics.
