摘要
在农村发展项目中，参与机制具有特别重要意义。通过对浙江省临安市雷竹发展的详细调研，揭示了农民、政府和科技人员共同参与的途径和机制，指出农民是参与的主体，提高农民参与水平是参与机制发展的关键。最后评价了雷竹发展的经济。
