应用事件相关电位研究情绪调节:现状及特点 被引量:1

摘要 学术背景:情绪调节是个体通过一定的策略和机制管理和改变自己情绪的过程,它是个体早期社会性发展的重要方面。事件相关电位作为一种评价大脑信息处理活动的一种无创伤性方法,是当前情绪研究领域研究者探讨情绪脑机制的一种重要的技术手段。目的:回顾情绪调节的事件相关电位研究的现状、特点及相关研究进展,并对其存在问题及未来发展趋势进行述评。检索策略:应用计算机检索ProQuest和EBSCO英文数据库1990/2006相关文章,检索词为"emotion regulation,emotion,ERP(event-related potentials)",限定语言种类为"English"。同时检索中国期刊网全文数据库1994/2006的相关文章,检索词为"情绪、情绪调节、事件相关电位、ERP"。纳入标准:选择内容与情绪调节事件相关电位研究相关的文章。排除标准:重复研究及相关性较低文章。文献评价:共收集65篇文章,根据纳入标准选择26篇纳入综述。其中10篇介绍情绪及情绪调节事件相关电位研究的方法及技术手段,16篇为情绪调节事件相关电位研究的可行性及相关研究进展。资料综合:大量实验证明,事件相关电位可以敏感地反映出情绪活动在脑内的活动过程。研究者通过分析被试在不同情绪成分刺激下所引发的事件相关电位成分的波幅、分布区域等参数的变化揭示情绪和情绪调节的脑神经机制。N2和ERN是与情绪调节相关的两个重要的事件相关电位成分。当前情绪调节事件相关电位研究所遇到的困难主要体现在特定情绪的激发,诱发情绪的类型、强度及事件相关电位结论的解释方面。结论:情绪调节的生物特性使事件相关电位在研究中发挥其作用。未来研究需要在实验刺激材料的标准化,事件相关电位与功能性磁共振成像、正电子发射断层扫描研究技术的综合应用方面进行整合。 BACKGROUND: Emotion regulation is a process, in which an individual manages and changes his emotions by certain strategies and mechanism. It is an important aspect of early social development for an individual. As an noninvasive method employed in assessing brain's information processing activities, event-related potential (ERP) is an important technological approach to investigate emotional brain mechanism in the area of emotional study. OBJECTIVE: To review the present status, characters and advances of ERP studies on emotion regulation in recent years, and give some suggestion for current studies and future researches. RETRIEVE STRATEGY: A computer-based online search of EBSCO and ProQuest was undertaken for related articles published in English from 1990 to 2006 with the keywords of "emotion regulation, emotion, ERP (event-related potentials)". Meanwhile, Chinese related articles published from 1994 to 2006 were received in CNKI with the same keywords mentioned above in Chinese. The articles related to the ERP methods for studying emotion and emotion regulation were selected firstly, and the repetitive and not closely related researches were excluded. LITERATURE EVALUATION: A total of 65 articles were collected, and 26 were selected according to the inclusive criteria including 10 that introduce ERP methods for emotion and emotion regulation and 16 about the feasibility and study progress about ERP for emotion regulation. DATA SYNTHESIS- Many experiments have found that ERP is able to reflect how emotional activities work in the brain. By means of the analysis of the parameter changes of ERP ingredients in amplitude and brain areas elicited by the stimulation of different emotional contents, researchers reveal the mechanism of brain nerves for the emotion and emotional regulation. N2 and ERN are two of the most important ERP ingredients related to emotional regulation.
