摘要
天疱疮是一种病因复杂的自身免疫性疾病。天疱疮患者的免疫功能处于一种非正常的"增高"状态,体内和体外研究均显示天疱疮发病中同时存在细胞免疫和体液免疫紊乱。研究表明调节性T细胞的减少可能在这种免疫紊乱中起作用,并发现叉头翼状螺旋转录因子可调控调节性T细胞细胞发育及其功能效应。近年来通过研究调节性T细胞细胞的分类、产生和功能及其在天疱疮患者体内可能发挥作用的环节,有助于阐明天疱疮发病机制及寻找有效及有针对性的治疗措施。
Pemphigus is a kind of autoimmune disease caused by complicated factors. The immune function is in an abnormally high status in patients with pemphigus. As shown by in vitro and /n vivo studies, there is disorder of cellular and humoral immunity in the pathogenesis of pemphigus, and the decrease of regulatory T (Tr) cells may play a role in this immune disorder. Furthermore, the forkhead/winged helix transcription factor ( Foxp3 ) seems to be able to modulate the development and function of Tr cells. The investigation into Tr cell classification, generation and function, as well as the possible pathways involved in their functions in pemphigus, will help to elucidate the pathogenesis of pemphigus and seek effective approaches directed to the treatment of this disease.
