摘要 目的验证AdCTLA-4Ig对EAE免疫反应的抑制作用及其免疫机制,为AdCTLA-4Ig用于治疗MS奠定实验基础。方法用AdCTLA4Ig通过侧脑室注射到Wistar大鼠EAE模型体内,观察其对EAE发病情况、病理改变及免疫反应的抑制情况。结果CTLA-4治疗组发病率降低,临床评分降低,发病时间延长。结论AdCTLA4Ig可抑制EAE大鼠的发病、减轻免疫炎性反应。 Objective To verify the depression of AdCTLA-4Ig on the immune reaction of EAE and to explore its immunologic mechanism. Methods The AdCTLA -4Ig was injected into Wistar mouse model of EAE through lateral cerebral ventricle. The incidence and pathology change and immune reaction of EAE were observed. Results The incidence rates and clinical scores decreased and the latency periods extended in the treated rats. The differences were not obvious between the AdCTLA-4Ig and the bexadecadrol groups. Conclusion AdCTLA-4Ig can depress the incidence and immunizing inflammatory reaction of EAE.
