摘要
回顾了近年来我国行政问责制的实践历程,探讨了行政问责制的规范化、科学化问题,并对行政问责中的问责主体、问责对象、问责程序和问责范围进行了理论上的初步思考。
This paper reviews the practical experiences of administrative responsibility checking system in recent years. It studies the standardization and scientification of this system. It also reflects on the subject, object, procedures and range of the checking in theory.
