摘要
结合工程设计和实践经验,分析了多层砖房抗震设计中存在的主要问题,从科学布局建筑平面和立面、砌体房屋的总层数和总高度、砌体房屋的刚度及整体性等方面详细地探讨了多层砖房抗震设计要点,以保证建筑工程的抗震能力。
Combined with engineering design and construction practice questions existed in seismic design of muhistory masonry concrete buildings are analyzed; at the same time from scientific plane and facade layout, total layers and heights, rigidity and entirety of masonry building and other aspects key points are discussed for seismic design of this kind of buildings in order to ensure earthquake resistance capadty of buildings.
