摘要
本实验观察了针刺对乳腺增生病模型小鼠自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞活性的影响。结果发现：雌二醇（Ｅ２）加针刺组乳腺增生病小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性明显提高，与Ｅ２组比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明针刺可提高乳腺增生病模型小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性，对预防乳腺增生病癌变有积极意义。
In the present experiment effect of acupuncture on activity of natural killer cells in mice of hyperplasia of manmmary glands. It was fountd that the activity of natural killer cells in mice of hyperplasia of mammary glands increased markedly in the estradiol plus acupuncture group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05) as compared with the estradiol group, indicating that acupuncture increases activity of natural killer cells in mice of hyperplasia of mammary glands, which has positive role in prevent of canceration of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
