摘要 目前国内各种工程钻机在施工过程中,大多由人工操作完成钻杆装卸,不仅效率低,而且对操作工的安全存在隐患。针对这种现状,提出了一种自动换杆的钻杆库设计方案,对其机械结构和液压系统进行了设计,并详细介绍了其工序过程。它可同时携带6根钻杆,由液压系统控制机械手装卸钻杆并自动换杆,效率高,安全性好。 At present, the work of loading and unloading drill pipe for all kinds of engineering drillers in drilling process is almost done by workers in our country. By this way the efficiency is not only low but also there is very serious hidden trouble to the manipulators. In this paper, a design scheme to achieve the function of automatically replacing drill pipe for engineering drillers is brought forward, the machine structure and hydraulic system of drill pipe automatically - replacing device and its working procedures introduced in detail. It can schlep six drill pipes at the same time, which achieves automatic replacing of pipe by the manipulator driven by the hydraulic system, and has high efficiency and security.
