摘要
试验研究了以羟基化的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂为改性剂,与聚氨酯预聚体反应合成聚氨酯基氯醋树脂/聚氨酯复合材料。研究结果表明:羟基化的氯醋树脂与聚氨酯复合产生良好的协同作用,使该复合材料具有良好的电绝缘性。该复合材料可用于煤矿井下电线电缆的现场安全快速包覆、运输带的安全快速修复。
A polyurethane radical composite material (PU/P( VC - VAC) ) was synthesized by reaction of hydroxyl Vinyl chloride - acetate copolymer( P( VC - VAC) ) and PU. The experimentation and study showed that fine synergism could be produced between hydroxyl P( Vc - Vac) and PU molecules, So the composite material not only is of good electricity insulativity, mechanical behavior, but also high viscosity and fast safe character, and so on. The composite material can be used in the insitu fast insulation enwrapping of broken wire and cable as well as the insitu fast repair of conveyor belt in mine.
