摘要
采用ＹＷＧＣ１８柱，甲醇水（６∶４）流动相，２５４ｎｍ检测，测定了喜树果实中喜树碱的含量，平均回收率为９８６７％，ＲＳＤ为１７１％（ｎ＝５），并对不同月份采收的喜树果实进行了测定。
A RP HPLC method wsa developed for the determination of camptothecine in the fruit of Camptotheca acuminata, using YWG C 18 column and methanol water(6∶4) as the mobile phase with UV detection at 254nm. The average recovery was 98.67% and RSD 1.71%.
