摘要
电子政务项目后评价是电子政务绩效评估体系的有机组成部分。本文借鉴北京市电子政务网上审批工程项目后评价工作实践所获经验,针对实施及其评价指标体系的建立和应用进行了初步研究和探讨,并就有关实施要点提出了建议。
Post-evaluation index system of E-government projects is an important unit of E-government evaluation system. According to the concrete practicing in post-evaluating of a large E-government projectsf＂authors try to give some inspiration and references for how to establish a suitable index system in the course of post-evaluation to an E-government projects.
