摘要
本文回顾、分析了当代印度建国至今国家创新系统的历史演进过程。文中将这一演进过程分为两个时间段,即建国到经济体制改革时期(1947-1991)以及九十年代初期至今的经济体制改革时期(1991-)。在这两个时间段里,印度的国家创新系统皆发生了重大变化。本文分别就这两个阶段分析国家创新系统演变的整体经济环境,各创新主体的发展状况及相关制度的影响,各创新主体间的相互作用及相关制定建设,以及国家创新体系的相关制度建设。最后,初步归纳了印度国家创新系统的演进轨迹。本文下篇主要分析了上世纪90年代初期至今印度国家创新系统的历史演进情况。
This Paper analyzed the revolution of Indian national innovation system. The paper divided the evolution into two periods： from the national independence to the economic revolution period （1947-1991）, and from 1990s to the present （1991-）. The Indian national innovation system was changed significantly during the both periods. This paper analyzed the whole economic environment of national innovation system; the situation of innovation subjects and the related policies＇ influences towards them; and the construction of national innovation system related policies. At the end of the article, there was a preliminary conclusion of the evolution of innovation system. The second half of this article was mainly analyzed the evolution of national innovation system from 1990s to the present.
