摘要
为了提高汽车驱动桥试验的自动化程度,更好地模拟汽车实际工况,研制了一种先进的驱动桥试验台。该试验台加载系统由于制动器和电动缸组成,结构简单、成本低;主电机由变频器控制,运转速度可随时调整。此外,试验台采用可编程控制系统,可自动进行驱动桥的磨合、差速、噪声等方面的试验,并可根据不同要求,调整试验程序。
To improve the automatic degree of the automobile driving shaft's test and better simulate the automobile operating mode,an advanced test machine has been developed.The load system of the machine is simple structured and low costed.It consists of hand brakes and electric cylinders. The major motor can be controlled and therefore it's speed can be changed easily.In addition,the programmable controller enables the machine to automatically test the grinding condition,the differential speed,the noise and etc., and to adjust the test procedure according to different requirements.In this paper the structure and mechanism are discussed in detail.
